Study Strings at OSU

The Suzuki method embraces a nurturing environment in which the students, teachers, and parents all work together. Just as your child learned to speak through through listening, imitation, and repetition, all children have the ability to learn the musical language in the same way.  Our comprehensive program combines private lessons and group lessons. Until the age of 10, parents attend lessons and group classes so they can serve as the home teacher during the week.

Summer Lessons

We now offer lessons for all string instruments (violin, viola, cello, and bass)! We are excited to be returning to in-person lessons for our summer session, but we will continue virtual lessons for families that prefer this option. Pricing and schedule will remain the same across both platforms.
